Experience

Opening up can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be.

I work well with young adults and adults working through a variety of issues including depression, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues and sports performance. I will listen to whatever is on your heart and make sure you are heard.

I work from a primary foundation of CBT and DBT, as well as a variety of other theories. This helps allow for different perspectives and approaches to solving problems.

I love being able to help someone approach a problem in a new way.
